2% one-time fee on initial investment amount

Annual Management Fee

1% per annum for property management and administrative services

Trading Fees

0.5% on secondary market transactions (buyer and seller each)

Withdrawal Fees

Variable network fees for cryptocurrency withdrawals (cost basis only)

Conflicts of Interest

Property Selection: We may receive fees from property developers or sellers. All such arrangements are disclosed in property documentation.
